We want you to be happy with TINYtutor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 30 days of the charge date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please do one of the following:
- Email us at specialeducationadvocate24@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund request" and your order number if you have it.
- Or reply to your purchase confirmation email from our payment processor (Shopify) and ask for a refund.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Shopify, our payment processor. Once approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; you'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation by itself is not a refund — if you also want a refund of a recent charge, request one as described above.
Outside the 30-day window
Charges older than 30 days are generally non-refundable, but we'll always review your situation in good faith — please reach out and tell us what happened.
